SLCT facilitator, Allison Kinnear believes in the power of vulnerability, empathy and humor. She is an engaging storyteller and powerful leader who helps students find their voice, uncover their passions and create life-changing transformations. People are drawn to her heart, humor and authenticity.
When she is not at SLCT, she is loving her husband and two children, throwing the ball to her dog, meeting with clients, leading workshops and speaking at events with her company, Voice of Her Own, Her primary clientele are professional women who struggle with confidence and impostor syndrome. She helps them find their mojo, create magic in the workplace and use their voice to create powerful change in their lives.
SLCT facilitator, Sherra Grasser joined the SLCT team in 2011 bringing inspiration, positive attitude and compassionate heart into the classroom. Sherra teaches with a full & open heart that creates deep & purposeful conversations, which supports others to fully embrace their authentic selves.
Sherra has touched the lives of many individuals from adolescents to elders by empowering and supporting them to live their best life through her coaching practice, workshops and youth camps. She continues to reach out into the community speaking & sharing with many Pacific Northwest companies and non-profit organizations. Sherra is the founder of Me Empowerment Youth program, positively shaping and shifting the lives of teen girls.
